I work for mclane cumberland in Kentucky. Its being ran so bad that I believe this division is falling. 8 years ago it was no where near what it has become. It was awesome working here back then. Anyway, who works for other divisions here that can reply with their horror stories? When this place starting getting horrible over 4 years ago with insane amounts of favortism, bullying, and handfuls of suckasses on top of a massive pos hr representative, the former president of the company “todd” told the supervisors to be problem managers and not problem solvers. since this comment this division has got so bad here that we have had dozens of people with high seniority quit. Who can chime in with something??
