So, first things first. I already know that certain things can be waived per employee/employer agreement, so for the sake of discussion, let's pretend that I have agreed to waive nothing at all. I actually don't know what my agreement says and depending on your answers, may soon be requesting a copy.
Today, I worked for 11.5 hours, including lunch and breaks.
At two hours, I took my first 15 minute break.
At four hours, I took 1 unpaid half hour lunch.
At 6.5 hours, I took a second break.
And at 8.75 hours, I took my third break.

If I have done my math right, I was entitled to a second lunch, but never got one.
Am I correct? If so OR if not, how screwed over did I get today?
Edit: I'm going to add that this isn't a typical day. We plan for 8.5 hours but rarely get it.
