Anyone in the UK have advice for taking an employer to a tribunal on the grounds of bullying/harassment?

I started my current role in January of this year. Recently I’ve been facing bullying and harassment from the team leader who has extended my probation based on unfair grounds and continues to criticise and pick at my work. I have received no positive feedback at all. This manager also has a history of bullying employees and has even had a fair few grievances levied against them in the past. I am currently looking for other jobs and once I successfully find a new role, I will hand in my resignation. I wanted to claim that I am leaving on the grounds of constructive dismissal. Anyone who has any experience of this, could you please share? Thank you.
