Apparently human decency is too much to ask for?

I work in a deli at a county market in springfield, usually frying chicken. On top of shit pay, we don’t have any of the shit we are supposed to for injuries involving work, such as burns, which are unavoidable and I get every day or two. I try to being this up to my manager and he just goes “maybe you should be more careful” and on top of that there’s just a lot of bullshit. Every time I try to quit my family guilt trips me saying that I’ll hate every job I’m at and I should just tough it up. Every job in my area has a lot of these similar shit traits and I’m at a point of realizing how fucked up the world is that companies would rather make an extra buck than save an employee’s life
