Are customers complaining that your service is too expensive anti-work?

I do photography and sometimes I get these leads who would ask for my service and then straight out say it's too expensive. I really try my best to put down my price but prices have climbed and when I do things such as a photo booth where I print photos, the materials themselves are pricier. There's nothing much to do. Is it my responsibility? Or are they anti work? Woman called me and asked me for a quote for 4 hours of photography plus a booth, then says it's too expensive. I'm surprised because she says she learned from me from a friend and I always do my best when it comes to quality.
