are there any “good” (less bad) jobs for early 20s/recent grads?

i went to college for film but the industry is so brutal. i just want to be somewhat mentally engaged, be able to pay my rent, and not have to compromise my well-being or compete in a cutthroat environment on a regular basis. my interests all lie within the arts and humanities, though— there’s no chance of me coding, or whatever. i know that a lot of people will read this and think i’m so naive and hoping for the impossible, but is there anyone out there who could give me a shred of hope? i’m so disillusioned at 22 and it makes me want to give up on life entirely. are there any less shitty job paths i should look into? also sorry if this isn’t allowed on the sub, i fully support antiwork but i’m just trying to make the best of the current unfortunate reality
