So a couple months ago my co worker and I got an email wanting us to sign something similar to this. We didn't sign it. Now my coworker got this in an email. (The email said “please sign”) I assume I will get one soon as well. We think it's in our best interest not to sign as I don't want to be able to work say 60 hours one week and not get overtime because they schedule me for 20 hours the next week. This sort of situation happens fairly frequently. So I wanted to check with people here if that makes sense, or if there is some hidden benefit to this for us that we are missing.
