This may not be the right sub where to find an answer, but i guess you could empathize with me on this subject.
Do you know the percentage of the whole stock market value owned by private little investors vs the percentage owned by hedge funds or millionaires/billionaires?
My feeling is that a lot of normal people are investing in the stock market looking for easy money, and we are slowly becoming the evil boss of ourselves: pushing for profit at any cost, cutting salaries and jobs, overpricing goods and so on.
Do you think hedge funds, millionaires and billionaires are still the only “bad guys” to blame for greed, or are normal people like us that push for our own impoverishment?
Are we ruining ourselves?
