As the title says. Are you currently in a role that actually pays well, has great benefits/perks and you genuinely enjoy?
I love nothing more than telling recruiters that i'm earning far above the measily pay package they quote me for jobs below my skill set. Hearing their voice quiver and their nerves strike up is pure music to my ears when i tell them the salary i earn is far above what they are quoting.
Today i had a recruiter call me for a Level 2 IT Job. I had actually left IT and moved into another industry in october 2020. I love the job i have and i got a 50% payrise when i got the job. Currently earning 94.7K including Super (australia). Also i have permenant work from home as well.
And here these big shot recruiters think they can touch me with their measily level 2 IT positions paying 80K incl super and needing to go into the office lmao. What a piss take. Does anyone else love exerting absolute dominance over recruiters when you tell them what job you actually have at the moment and they have no chance of competing?
