As a GenX, I was always told to wait for the day when the Boomers finally retired because then there would be good paying jobs. Covid happened and Boomers retired en masse.

The jobs came but the wages didn't. The demand for higher education isnt something the Boomers required, the workload has tripled and the wages have decreased to not even livable. I hate this. We all need to lay flat.
