As a physically fit Male, I hate how I’m treated in the workforce

As a little backstory on me, always been in shape, take my personal fitness very seriously, just always have, to where its noticeable. Every job I've ever had that doesn't outwardly involve paperwork and filing, and is physical in ANY way, I'm considered the Default work horse. I work in home repair, im the one lugging the stuff. I work at home depot, im given the heaviest work of the shift. I work at a bar, I'm the one that has the change the kegs. I work at a garden center, I don't get to talk to customers and sell plants, I get to do installations and demolitions of 1000 lbs trees. I work at a tool rental, all the heavy lifting done by me… Here's the thing, about 6 months ago I finally injured my neck to where I cant sleep more than 2 hours when it acts up.…

Here's the thing, about 6 months ago I finally injured my neck to where I cant sleep more than 2 hours when it acts up. So now all this shit genuinely hurts.

Pretty fucking sick of how i get discriminated against in the work force on my physical appearance. I deserve to lift the same weight some weaker employee does if I'm getting paid the same money. And I am entitled to have a life of my own and be how I want to be in that time without that impacting my work life.
