Asked the owner of the company I work for if we’re getting paid time and a half today because it’s about to be extremely busy and he told me he “doesn’t want to give us more money than needed”

Keep in mind this guy makes consistently $50,000 a month (thanks to us), but can’t pay his employees more than $13. The worst part is this is one of the highest paying customer service jobs in my area. Fuck this
