Apparently at some companies, if you ask a question in the team chat, you're bring the team morale down! Ok. Let add some more color to this – I've asked for help on something from 4 different people probably about 5 times and got no response. Now that a deadline is approaching, I asked the same question in the team chat and my manager messaged me to tell me I'm bringing the team's morale down. Not making this s**t up!! I don't know how to process this!
