Asking for a raise tomorrow!

I've only ever asked once in my life and it was only $1/hr more to bring me to $11. I'm going in asking for $4 more to bring me to $22. That's the bottom end of market rate for my role. Any tips? I'm nervous. INFO: I started 4 months ago and was hired as the assistant to the position I'm in now. I was promoted from assistant (just assistant, not assistant manager) to manager within a week. I was promoted at my same rate ($18/hr) but I now also earned commission. Currently, in the 4 months I've been here, I outsold my predecessor who was also here for 4 months this year. I'm also hourly. I was almost selected for a job that started at $45k and I passed on a $50k job doing the exact thing I'm doing. Recently, I found my exact job at a different company…
