And then one day I heard that some people in the office make more than me whole I do double number of tasks. Next day I told to the manger that I need m minimal raise ($3-4) to fight inflation (I used to drive around 80 km per day to work). She said only HR can handle that. I emailed HR and in less that 10 minutes my manager asked if sent the HR asking for a raise and I said yeah. I waited 5 hours for HR to reply to my 1 sentence email so I decided to send another email. This time she replies the following sorry I don’t understand you salary raise request. I replied since you didn’t understand my request find your self a new employee and left. The tried to call me the next day and reaching by email but left them high and dry. Disrespect = disrespect
