Asking for YOUR Advice

So I work in an office environment that moved to work-from-home (WFH) when Covid happened. We have three offices in my area, and one of them was recently permanently closed due to structural issues, so they’re looking to move to a permanent WFH situation. Unlike many, I hate the WFH arrangement, but I may be being backed into a corner. At this point, they are asking us to provide a list of everything we would need to replicate our cubicle environment, and I am looking to basically ask for so much, it makes the arrangement untenable for them (for instance: an extra 1.5k/mo to buy a bigger home with an office, as my current home only has 2 bedrooms).

My question is, if you were given this opportunity (whether you like WFH or not), what would you ask for? Here is my current list:

Large, adjustable L-desk.

PC or similar set-up (not a laptop or iPad) with mechanical keyboard and mouse. Dual-monitors.

Printer with regularly issued paper and ink.

Filing cabinet and associated files, folders, etc.

Office chair that won’t damage my floor.

$1,500/mo so I can go buy a bigger home with an office.
