Asking me to come in on my day off/unavailable day

My manager keeps asking me to come in on my day off. I never have and never will work on Saturdays. That is my work boundary, not flexible and I will not explain why. I stress it at time of hire/interview so it’s known and agreed upon before hand. I continue to stress it when topics of someone coming in that day is brought up. My reply is always I’m never available on Saturdays. The other day my manager asked why I can’t work on that day and I simply said “I can’t work on Saturdays which is why I let whoever I’m working with know ahead of time.” Today they asked me to come in days after that recent conversation. I’m either going to 1. Not reply to their text as it is my unavailable day, not an emergency question and not my problem. 2. Reply “I am never available to work on Saturdays.” Anyways, I don’t want to be rude but next time we have a check in (they ask if there’s anything I want to address and go over positives, what can be improved and some numbers every pay period) “I don’t appreciate being asked to come in on Saturdays when I make it clear in interviews that it will never be available. That way it’s agreed upon and out of the way. I’m not working at my other job or any job in general that day. The rest of the week is pretty flexible and I keep an open conversation about my scheduling at the other location so everyone is on the same page.” I already stress it all the time but seeing as they’ve asked me to come in on multiple occasions, I don’t know if I would gain anything from that.
