Hey y'all, i floated this idea a while back and people seem to have taken a liking to it. I've done some legwork since then but i want to get some more opinions before i finalize stuff. The Holiday is called discuss your pay day, the idea is you can either have an open conversation with your colleagues, pin your hourly to your nametag or in a placard on your desk.
Now the day i'm wondering about. some have said May 1st since its national workers rights day(labor day) but i'm not too sure about that, since i know a good number of people have that as a day off and wouldn't be able to participate(Excluding service industries which are the bulk of our community). How are we feeling about may 2nd? Does your job personally take off for labor day? Open to input from all sides
