I will be in the middle of working on one thing and then she'll tell me to do something totally different, it really fucks with my head and trying to keep on top of what I have to do. What could I say to her? This isn't the worst job ever with paid vacations and holidays so I'd like to make a bad situation better instead of just quitting. Maybe it will also improve circumstances for anyone with my condition who might work in this office in the future
Wanting to Leave My Job Soon
I am in the healthcare industry (outpatient clinic) and been with my company for over two years. I started well when I first came, but after the pandemic and change of management began everything is starting to go downhill. Should I give 2 weeks notice?
I’ve been working a security job for almost 2 years now and have been offered full time employment for my second job. I’ve been debating wether I should just quit or give two weeks. I’m reluctant to give 2 weeks because of employer retaliation or being fired on the spot because I live in an at-will state. Any ideas on how to go out with a bang?
