So I got an email a couple days ago saying that I'm now the Agile Working Coordinator. No one told me in advance, no one discussed it with me, no warning, NOTHING. Apparently, my job is to develop a plan with my team to make sure everyone spends at least 50% in the office starting in April. So I have to go around getting their specific days they're going to be in office and have it approved by HR. Absolutely ridiculous and asinine. Just had a meeting with HR about this. There's no flexibility at all. If there's a snowstorm on the day you're supposed to be in office, either get your ass to the office or take a vacation day. WE LIVE IN CANADA. No half days.
