I'm a good worker, at a good job in a company that's doing very well. I am going to transition to somewhat of a stay at home dad with possible part time gigs in the future. It would be nice if these part time gigs could contact my boss and him to let them know that indeed I was a good employee.

Like I said, I'm calling out my boss. By my math, I'm expected to do 3-4 the amount of work as my peers to qualify for the same bonuses. I've been quiet about this for 6 years, but I am done. I'm bad at conflict, but I've plenty of time to prepare facts and numbers, so I'm kinda hopeful. Wish me luck?
I’m being more selective as I know what kind of atmosphere I need! The only job I really wanted and had previous experience at turned me down after my interview because the kid who interviewed me just didn’t like me! I’m in my late 20s with experience and a newly made manager 18 year old declined to hire me because she didn’t like me and said I didn’t fit the vibe of the company!
Trickle-up effect
What would happen if you stripped the Billionaires of their money and liquidity (and left them a paltry amount of $1m each) and gave the money to rhe masses? Would trickle-up work? Have we seen this tested in the past? How do we know if we've never tried it?
It’s just a guess, but what do you guys think?
Discourteous rude coworkers
The single thing I hate most about working for a company or organization is rude coworkers. I’m not talking about people who are having a bad day every once in a while. It is those who consistently greet others with a negative attitude. This is not saying “hi” but instead biting peoples heads off when they walk into the room or blaming others for every problem they come across. They are the ones that cast a negative vibe when you walk into the room or office. Seriously it doesn’t even take much to say hello and at least try to make an effort to not be rude. BTW I am currently going through this situation and I hate it. I have to work with this person four hours per month which isn’t too much but I still dread and loathe it. 🙁
Are you in a ONE PARTY CONSENT state?
If so, buy a lawyer a drink or get a free consult or pay for half an hour & find out if you can record all workplace hours surreptitiously. If so, buy a discrete recorder (usb, pen, etc) & archive each workday using an autoeditor to cut out quiet spells. Make sure everything is timestamped. Back it up on the web. Preferably encrypted & offshore. You are welcome in advance. Take down my username or bookmark this & let me know what happens! I'll still have this account in a few years probably.
A Recruiter* sorry for the title fudge. I was approached to be a recruiter and, having no idea what I was in for, thought it was a great opportunity to escape the retail grind and get a 'real career' I burnt out in 2 months, literally couldn't bring myself to do what was requested as I found it unethical and just plain bad business. I wanted to help people, not hunt them. And now I sit here, a new notification each day of someone accepting a connection request sent prior to my leaving, I've updated all the account info yet still keep accruing followers. The account is in my name and has no ties to the recruiters, I am going to start posting and spreading antiwork propaganda there. Many of the people who accepted my request are IT TYPES, who are also fed up with the system. If you can…
