I'm not kidding, I was going to post the screenshot but saw the rules said Sundays only. They keep messaging me because I'm leaving them on read. My supervisor had a meeting with me and said that 26 seconds spread across hundreds of employees adds up to thousands of dollars a year for the company. I still haven't responded. I hate corporate America.

I’m fervently looking for a remote job.
I’ve been thinking a lot lately.
A friend of mine worked in a movie theater a few years ago and was wrongly accused by his manager of stealing those big cardboard cutout movie ads that sit in the lobby. As a tremendous fuck-you, he called everyone that was meant to work on a Saturday night and offered, kindly, to switch shifts with him. He never showed up, and neither did anyone else. Managers were scrambling trying to fill shifts and had to all come in at once to try and get everything done. Just an idea, do with it what you will 😉
Good for this driver!
If they're open on a Federal holiday then what other shenanigans do they pull? No benefits? No paid sick days? Long hours?
Maybe info about how to find and get a good job that pays fair and has good benefits
Payroll Department Errors
My job's payroll department has made several errors in clocking my hours, over the last month, approximately 40 hours are unaccounted for. Now I have worked these hours, but I work from home and it seems as if our system is having issues logging my hours or the times are not being input correctly. I've brought this up with my direct supervisor and his overhead. Both of them have consoled me and displayed a willingness to help, but nothing has been done, over 3 weeks. I have brought it up again, we'll see how it goes. But in the meantime I am looking for other jobs, but currently I am suffocating because I'm not getting paid, and I'm already paycheck to paycheck as it is. Do I have any action that I can take to get this mitigated?
