Just disgusting
Joined work union.
I recently joined a union and I was wondering what are some things I can ask of them to get the most out of my job like benefits and pay rises things like that (I am also based in UK) thank you :)))
you are not anti-work
You are not anti-work, you are anti-abuse. The shitty employers and the shittier owners of jobs are indeed a bunch of scumbags using you to generate wealth to them. You are not someone that doesn't want to work, you are someone that doesn't want to be abused. And you need to make that clear every moment you have, wither it be at work, with your friends, fam, whoever else. Say you leave your shit-eating job. Whats you next move to fullfill your life and earn a living? It either get a more decent job or creating your own thing. Both ways, the main aim is that you don't wanna live jobless or workless, you just dont want to be abused. And that is what these crap-heads are not getting.
