So, long story short. I work in a food lion deli since August. I was working 11 to 7 and hardly closed. My manager decided in December to “switch things up” to switch my shift with another co worker to see how it goes. Then the next month I’m on closing shifts for five nights in a row… then co worker who they were switching shifts with me got fired. Then my manager comes up to me and tells me she will make the schedule so I’m on 11 to 7 as three other people can close and not just me. They putting more and more things for me to do and the worst part is if I don’t finish by 9pm I don’t get paid for it. I look at next weeks schedule and I am closing five days for the fifth week in a row with the smallest…

The chillest Interview I ever had, got a Call 2 hours later “you got the Job”. Now I will work 39 Hours a week for 3500€ (Which is really fucking good in germany rent is around 600 – 1k here) And my wage will grow every Year so in 2 Years I will get 4k, so asking for fucking raises. Need help crafting an email
So… I'm fucking seething. I'm going to keep any and all info vague. So… I just called my mom. She works at an office as a team manager and has about 15 people at her team. And let me preface this- my mother is no pushover. She worked and took care of me and my brother our whole ass lives. 30 years she worked this job and is fucking great at it. So imagine my anger when I call her about our lunch and she is crying. I was stunned, surprised, and scared of what happened. Apparently, one of her employees (Y) went to have a discussion about Y's money and subsequent employ. At that meeting, the head of the department (X) was taking every information and turned it against my mom. That she has favourites, that she is petty and vengeful. After the meeting, Y came to my mother…
Weekends for Overnight Shift
Not exactly sure if Antiwork is where this belongs.. but.. I work 3rd shift, and on my weekends I'm usually up all night (day for me) would I be in the wrong and/or get in trouble vacuuming and cleaning and doing laundry etc. During the night in my apartment? I've recently moved in and I'm trying to figure out when/how I'm going to get this stuff done without royally destroying my sleep schedule and also not getting complaints. Also, if there is a better place to ask let me know! Thanks!!
I am in a messed up situation right now. I turned 25 last month and the government took away my child support money. My electricity bill increased by 150%. My uni increased semester fees by 50%. My student loan didn't increase the payout. I was diagnosed with eyesight problems and I need surgery and glasses asap. Guess what I don't have money for. Looking for a job as an uni student is absolutely awful. I need an employer who works around my timetable because pretty much all of my classes take attendance and if you miss class more than once you're getting kicked out of the course. And because I study 3 subjects I can only work 5-6 hours every week. And as I have dyscalculia I can not work at a register either. On top of that comes the fact that I need to go to the hospital at…
