wanted to get your thoughts on this, a person I know works in sales and their job does a yearly bring in the bacon bonus (naming might be off). Basically the idea is that for every 1 million in sales you get 1lb of bacon. This person got 8lbs of bacon last year as well as a $50,000, bonus – not sure what their salary is but 8lbs of bacon regardless of quality seems like an absurdly poor reward for this.
