Badging Policy

We have a policy where I work that we should be in the office three days/week, regardless of team composition, with aggregated badge swipe reporting. My boss is actually pretty dope, and is permitting 1 day/week unless necessary for on-sites, until things stabilize. (No one is coming in frequently within our teams except leaders, it seems.) I'm on PTO today, but I rolled in to pick up swag, baseball tickets, and a sandwich. I hope the badge swipes count for the rest of the week, since I have doctor's appointments. Also it's a dumb policy that has nothing to do with cohesion. If they cared about the remote work obstacles to that, teams would be organized geographically, right? Anyway, I'm not coming in until I have to, since covid is now as contagious as measles, and I've completely avoided it so far.
