Bakers Delight Australia

My daughter is 15 and works for BD in Australia. She has set finishing hours but if the team doesn't finish their closing routine then she will finish later. She doesn't get paid for any time worked after her set finishing time. They are encouraged to keep selling stock even though this results in a later finishing time. She worked on 26 Dec, which is a public holiday here, until 5:15 but only got paid until 4:30. The full time team member kept selling items which pushed them behind. This happens regularly, she often works 30, 45, 60 minutes after close of business to get the shop shut. Seems illegal to me, I wonder if this is common in other Bakers Delights?
