Hi there!
So, this may sound pretty arkward and certainly is NO attempt at cheap trolling, but…it has been bugging me for a couple of years now…here it goes:
The jobs I have quit so far always had a manager with no hair a.k.a. bald dudes. Always by razor. Not one natural baldy.
I also don't trust anyone who is unwilling to get a proper hairstyling and just shaves everything off. Never could connect with any of those dudes.
In fact, I distrust(ed) them due to their hairstyle or rather lack thereof. I don't know exactly why but those appear to me to be the “no BS” kind of people, the bootlickers, the ones following stuff down to the letter.
Had an interview today, prolly gonna get a second invite to meet the bigger boss…so, I looked at their website and that guy is, you guessed it, another one of those without hair…
It's not like I'm gonna have much contact with the guy, but still…just seeing this kinda broke it for me already…
Even if they want to employ me, my gut tells me to not sign up but I cannot pinpoint the exact reason why…
Don't get me wrong, I know people who do shave it off too and get along just fine with them.
Any ideas or similar thoughts?
