Hey everyone. So I have a new job I really enjoy. Prior to this job though work was a nightmare. At my previous job I was told multiple times “do not clock into work and use the restroom. Do so before you clock in or else you’ll be written up.” This among other reasons is why I quit the job. But looking back on it, was this even legal? I worked in the blistering hot sun and drank a ton of water all day so obviously I had to use the restroom more.
