If you want to know how things got so bad look at Human Resources prior to 2008 GFC. Back then if the employees complained about the manager, HR would take a serious reprimanding action against him. But after 2008 the managers and CEO's thought they are doing “God's Work” like Blankfein and many other top CEO's, they suddenly became infallible. If you try to complain to HR, you will get “REKT” and you will have many enemies, probably a pink slip by EOY.
The work place is full of Shlubs! Shlubs are necessary for the success of top management, those are guys who nod their heads “Yes Sir” without even questioning anything, they are taken advantage of by top management, and they are the fall guys when the shit hits the fan. Imagine if the entire department complains about their manager and HR says that the problem is not with the manager, but “You”, because there was one Shlub who loves his master.
I left the work force in 2017, never looked back. I have Masters degree and shit loads of banking experience. I don't blame you, it's hard to find a job these days, but we don't need fucking jobs, we can create our own, societies/employees are strong as long as they are united. F*** the Shlubs/Slaves, don't hire them.
We don't have an inflation problem, we have a WAGE GAP problem! the economy becomes strong when the standard of living for the average joe becomes strong, The Federal Reserve does not grab this concept, but hey “You will have nothing, and you'll be happy” right!
