I just took a survey with HR that was SUPPOSED to be anonymous, however I was the only person on my team pulled to do it and was told to be completely truthful about management.
Well the truth was that all the supervisors are great, the managers who aren’t over my team are great, my manager however is aggressive and has a horrible attitude towards us. I told them that because something needed to be done about our extremely high turnover rate. We had 3 people quit in one day over her, another girl 3 days later, to her all questions are stupid questions and she’ll yell at you for not understanding something she explained poorly.
Well now I’m pretty sure I’m gonna be on her list of people she hates and will end up in a different job with no training, because that’s exactly what she did to our lead, and one of the best workers, my coworker, because they gave her a bad review. My coworker got passed over for his promotion even though he has seniority over me and it was given to me instead and I told the HR lady that too because it wasn’t right. I didn’t even want the promotion because it didn’t come with a pay raise.
I know there will be backlash, I know there will be retaliation, and I know I’m about to have to find another job. I don’t want another job because I actually like what I do but I know things are about to go down hill for me.
