Hi, I am starting my first job as a senior manager next week. I have been in leadership roles before but this is my first time being what I would refer to as “the man”. Does anybody have any advice on how to do it without being a poster boy for this sub but not being taken advantage off for being “too nice” which I have been criticised for before. Thank you 🙂
