Been lurking, looking for a path to less work

I'm more than a bit ashamed of posting and asking help seeing how many of you are in worse situations than me, but I'm headed straight to a burnout, and the doctor told me to take it easy or I wouldn't reach 50.

As such, I'm looking for a way out to lighten my workload. Reducing work to 0 may be a distant dream, but I am hopeful as, y'know, Europe does tend to be more progressive with 6-hour workdays.
Any advice that will maximize my time for self-actualization and writing tabletop RPG settings and adventures?
