Been working for 8 months and here’s a look on what’s it like in my country. (Philippines)

My assigned task: Data Consolidator For a Government “Charity” Program that caters to people with no medical insurance. Office Task(s) description: Mainly consolidate data entries from an average of 95 clients a day. Mainly consolidate data entries from an average of 95 clients a day. “Occasionally” design impromptu logos, posters and banners for political figures locally that are supported by our program to help their campaigns (and ofcourse, as the good ol' government style i get zero recognition nor commission for any of these) because our head of office asked me to do so.

Average time task finished per client: 10 minutes (including summary report)

Expected Salary for what I actually Do:
Job Order Data Consolidator (Specialized): 805 pesos/$15 usd per day.

My actual Job Description according to the payroll: Job Order (Skilled Worker): 350 pesos/$6 usd per day.

New employee hired by New Office Head
Their assigned task: Punch holes and compile files.

Task description:

Punch holes to bundles of client Documents for billing. Average Client Documents per day 25 (hospital bills are directly filed personally by clients to the billing section for checkout while laboratory transactions take quite a while meaning out of the average 95 clients per day more than half are directly filed to the billing section by clients leaving only a portion that needs to be compiled for billing).

Average time task finished per client: 2 seconds (literally punchers holes to documents)

Expected Salary for the type of work:
According to the minimum wage mandated by the government: Job Order (Skilled Worker) 505 pesos/ $9 usd per day.

Actual Job description: Job Order Data Consolidator (Specialized) 805 pesos/ $16 usd per day.

TL;DR

I'm getting paid less than half of what I should be paid according to what I'm doing at the office and a guy thats not even a month in is paid more than half my current salary for punching holes. And I'm basically taken advantage of by our head of office asking me to do graphic design without commission.

P.S: The reason I'm not applying for another Job Is because I have a relative that's pretty high up in the government insuring me a better position. (yes, our country is very much corrupt and this is pretty normal). Also, the reason why and how my Job Description changed in the payrolls is because our Mayor Died and the new appointed Mayor made changes and changed our head of office which made a mess. Also, since the pandemic, its nearly impossible to get accepted to other companies without graduating in a 4 year college course. Im an undergrad.
