Being an anticapitalist in a capitalist society

So I've been lurking on this subreddit for a while, and reading many of these posts make me very upset with this system we have in which there is no ethical consumption. On top of that, the current set up requires us to work for money that we need in order to take care of the basics in life. So what do you do when you earn more than enough to cover those basics? What do you do when you have the house, the spouse, the kid, the dogs, the life you dreamed of as a kid who grew up poor? What do you do when you know that you have “made it”… but you know your co-workers earn 150% of what you do, doing the same job, with a similar level of work experience? Am I greedy for wanting to be compensated in an equitable way because I know…

So what do you do when you earn more than enough to cover those basics? What do you do when you have the house, the spouse, the kid, the dogs, the life you dreamed of as a kid who grew up poor? What do you do when you know that you have “made it”… but you know your co-workers earn 150% of what you do, doing the same job, with a similar level of work experience?

Am I greedy for wanting to be compensated in an equitable way because I know that I'm already well off? Is it wrong for me to want to be paid more? I struggle with this moral dilemma, because I want to make life as comfortable and enjoyable as I can for myself and my family, but I know I'm contributing to a broken system by continuing to participate in it, but there's seemingly no choice but to participate.
