Anyone have any suggestions on how to stop my boss constantly calling and messaging me when it’s my day off?
My boss constantly messages me to do things during my days off, or if not my day off as soon as I’ve left the building!
I usually get guilt tripped into working my days off due to short staffing. Im not paid any overtime due to my contract stating this and my position as higher management.
when I refuse to go in, my boss gets arsey with me and says that we’ve fallen behind and I’ll have to stay later to finish it.
