Being Evicted for being less then a month late on rent.

I’ll be honest I haven’t paid on time since March but it’s always been two weeks late and I’ve paid his 25$ late fee every time. I’m just beside myself 3 days notice to vacate and less then two weeks later they want me in court. I’m having problems finding housing that will accept me. I’m beside myself and am having panic attacks. It’s all too much.
