Over the past few days, I've been seeing more and more posts about how EVs are for the rich, and you'll never have one, and you should just shut up and buy the high priced gas, but I'm telling you cheap EVs exist.
Saying you can't get an EV because you can't afford a Tesla is like saying you can't buy a gas car, because you can't afford Porche.

A few disclaimers before you flame me.
1) I know a lot of you rent, and have asshole landlords who won't install a charger. I also know that not being to charge at home might make an EV impractical for you.
I would at least download the plugshare app and have a look around the neighborhood. Is there a charger near work, near home, near where you get groceries?
2) I firmly believe that public transport is better than personal transportation. However, if you are going to have a car, it might as well be an EV.
3) I get that the car market is hot right now, and it might be a bad time to buy ANY car – new, used, gas or EV. I get it.
