We should black list any companies that will not disclose pay in the interview, say it's a red flag you talk about pay in an interview, say anything about being a family when you bring up pay, or says anything about the market rate when you bring up inflation and you need a raise. Put them on here with your proof so we know not to purchase goods or services from them. We should have more solidarity when it comes to us, the workers coming first, not some executive buying a new yacht.
