Iam from India and in india 80-90% of companies will hire employees with bond or agreement some companies will say to you to submit your orginal certificates and documents to work for time period (2-3yrs) let me know this kind of agreements or bond are existed in other countries??? there is some logic reasons will be there like the company will provide training to an employee so they will make them to sign an agreement but some companies will pay you very less salary in india except MNCs. I was graduated in 2021 until now I shifted 3 companies due to toxic work environment and my mindset is now like idle in home is better than working!!!
