I work for someone right now who absolutely has no capacity to act like a mature adult, and I was wondering if anyone has a similar experience like mine. Here are some stellar moments I’ve had with this man. (Retail Job)

  1. Pushes over items that have not been stacked correctly, while the store is open

  2. Cannot handle when people call in sick over text. (Currently sick for 3 days, called in on all 3 days and he hasn’t responded until today, saying that’s why he hasn’t responded.)

  3. Actively distributes information about other employees housing situations, as well as other topics just for drama.

  4. Always has a problem with the way people do things on the floor, but never trains nor does he get on the floor to help.

  5. Tries to convince the store employees that we have no PTO, even though our parent company still has it stacking up for us.

Honestly, is this a common things among bosses? or did I just pick a terrible job?
