Sorry if this reads funny but English isn’t my first language and I need to rant. So as the title reads my boss is a terrible human being, he calls me slurs relating to my autism and ethnicity, steals my tips, and blames me for any and everything that goes wrong… if he messes up I get blamed, if someone else forgets to do something I get blamed, I literally can’t do anything right! Yesterday I got yelled at for BREATHING too loud! We work in a coffee shop it’s not that serious! I got written up a week ago for posting online that my check bounced for the 3rd time… my social media is PRIVATE and I have NEVER said where I work yet he got a screenshot of my profile and said it “made the company look bad” and that I need to “put the business before my own finances” this place is hell! I could go on for DAYS but I don’t have the mental energy to do that right now… thank you for reading
