Boss disregarded my availability and gave me a reprimand for missing a shift

So I recently returned to a part time job I worked prior to the pandemic (while I was still in university, and also that I used to love). I work a full time job Monday through Friday with decent hours (typically 10-3) in the military. I gave my part time employer my availability which included most weeknights and all day Saturday, just not Sunday as I need to take at least one personal day a week just to not burn out. The manager for my part time job completely disregarded this and scheduled me for every weekend day for over an entire month. When I brought this up to her, she told me I'd have to find someone to cover the shifts. I was kinda pissed with this response and sent her an email stating that she disregarded my availability and that I would not be present for shifts on…

I skipped a Sunday shift she scheduled me for and was given an official reprimand for doing so. (This was weeks ago and she has still to fix her mistake) I've managed to give away most of my other shifts for those days but god damn. Since then, she's started being rude and passive aggressive with me when I do show up for my shifts. She told me they desperately need people on Sundays and honestly I don't see how that's my problem.

I work full time in the army and even they treat me better than this lady. Like if I have to work an extra day in the week I'll get to take a day off the next week, they constantly check to see if I'm in need of taking leave, my superiors have even let me take half days to sort out administrative issues, and so much more.

I'm just shocked that civilian employers can be worse than the army at this point, like god damn.
