Boss hasn’t paid insurance

I just found out that my boss hasn’t paid the last 3 months of health insurance. If he fails to do so again, we the employees could be held liable to pay back any coverages that they paid for. I was used as a last contact, which is how I found out. We’re located in the US. Is there anything we the employees can do to ensure we can avoid any fallout and pay burden from this?
