Boss is making me use my vacation time for days i wasnt scheduled.

A year ago my boss and I agreed I can do a 32 hour work week. He stated its still considered full time if its 32+ hours. Well today, he asks me if im full time or part time (like he doesnt know this) and if I want to stay at 32 (I have Fridays off) then that’d be part time. I agreed to go back 40 hours (thats not really the issue just annoying. So because of me going to 40 hours, he is making me use vacation time for past two Fridays that I was off to put me at 40 hours. Why is he using my vacation time for days I wasn’t even scheduled for? I dont know if I should say something but that seemed off.
