Boss is paying me incorrectly

I have been working for this company for the past 6 months. I supposedly started off earning $35,000 (salary) per year. That is also what is in the employment letter initially provided to me. After 3 months, my boss raised my salary to $37,500. Then shortly after, $41,000. Now, he raised it to $45,000, which should be reflected in my next pay period. Only to find out that he has been paying me a lesser amount ever since I started. I just recently took a look over every pay check I’ve been getting. Yes, I should’ve looked and calculated before, but I assumed everything was in order. I obviously need to bring this up, but im not sure how. Im in Ontario, Canada, also. Should I say something right now? Or wait to see the reflection of the next “supposed” raise?
