Hey everyone, I figured this a good place to post this. I was just on vacation this past weekend, and my friend I was rooming with tested positive for Covid-19. Both my girlfriend and I have been showing symptoms since we came back on Monday but we didn’t think much of it at the time. I came into the office today anyways and that’s when I got the text from my friend that he had gotten covid. I communicated the entire situation to my boss, and her response to me was to stay in the office and continue with my daily tasks. This doesn’t seem right to me considering we work in a food related business. I live in the US, Colorado to be specific. Is there any type of report I can file against my employer for making me work even though I am suspecting that I have covid? I’m planning on getting a test done today.
