Title explains most of it. Had a discussion about my salary recently to which my boss denied me a raise. Subsequently, I’ve went on the job hunt, which of course includes interviewing during the typical 9-5. Problem is? My boss knows and won’t let me interview during that time, essentially keeping me here on a lower salary. Fuck this
