We have been short staffed and been plagued with call outs and just an all around bad environment. I've been verbally abused by the staff and had to hold down the job of 2 other managers for the past year. We just hired a complete dipwad of a man to work along side of me. He's been questioning my in time and asking about switching shifts because “I get off on time” and he “doesnt” even though I've paid my dues. I have had to put up with passive aggressive attitudes from the other managers. I'm over it so hard right now. It's time to move on for a job I passionate about and right now a good reference can get bent. I don't care about my eligibility for rehire. I don't care I don't care. Give me the support I need to walk out tomorrow.
