i’m 15. i work in a concessions stand and it’s my job to check the bathroom and clean it if it’s dirty. i checked the bathroom multiple times and it was clean, but i forgot to check it before i left and i guess someone went in there and made it disgusting. my boss took a picture and showed it and talked shit about me to my coworker who is also 15 and had absolutely nothing to do with it. he hasn’t talked to me about it yet. i think that him talking to her about it was really stupid and unprofessional. i’m stressed about about it and scared i’m going to get fired. it was just an honest mistake because i was stressed out about customers. i honestly want to quit because the concessions workers are expected to act like managers for $9/hr but i’m scared of confrontation, especially knowing that my boss is mad at me. i take full accountability for not cleaning the bathroom and i understand why my boss is mad but it’s just crazy to me that he would take a picture and not say anything to me, but talk bad about it to a random coworker. sorry if this stuff isn’t allowed here, i know this is a more political subreddit but i see a lot of job rants here
